Laser cutting lets a design move into real, testable parts without the cost or lead time of hard tooling, useful for prototypes, pre-production runs, lower-volume requirements, and bridge production while permanent tooling is being built. Our fiber laser runs at 6kW with automatic load and unload, so it isn't limited to one-off prototypes, it holds up at genuine volume production too. Once a design is proven, we can keep it on this line, transition it into repeat stamping, operations, whichever process suits where the program has grown to.`
